At the stage where you are ready to commit and put an offer in on a property, we are here to support this process by negotiating the optimal price, based on local competition, buoyancy of the market and the properties true value based on any findings from the viewing. 

Once accepted we will then assist in  the transaction. Co-ordinating the surveyors, talking with the estate agents, solicitors and removal companies where needed. 

Once completed we have stylists on hand to help with any interior design or styling solutions.

  • Presentation of up to 20 properties for your review over a period of two weeks to two months.
  • Tailored property viewings, complete with personalised video tours up to ten carefully

  • We provide clear, professional feedback on a limited selection, highlighting key findings and
    considerations to support your decision-making.

Package Three

Bespoke & Complete Service
£1000 - £4000

 

  • All of Package two plus if and once you decide to make an offer on a property we negotiate
    the best possible price for you, ensuring you get the most value out of your investment.
  • We generally step back after an offer has been accepted but will make contact weekly to see
    how development is going and help with any questions.
  • After completion, our stylists are available to help with interior design and styling solutions as
    an additional service.
